In a perfect world, we would barter our goods for your goods or services. Say a set of iPod Speakers for your artwork or cooking skills. But until that wonderful day arrives, we gladly accept payment via PayPal or any major credit card.

When you click the add to chart logo, you will be taken to our PayPal page where your order will be processed. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may use any major credit card to complete the transaction. Please note that the online transaction receipt will shows Galen Worldwide (our worldwide PayPal billing account) and your billing statement will show GWW GIZMOTO.

We chose PayPay because it is the largest and most secured online payment system in the world. You can rest assured your credit card information is highly encrypted and is totally secured.

There are certain high ticket items that do not have a shopping cart option. We imagine you probably wouldn't feel comfortable charging $10,000 on your credit card, so we ask that you contact us directly to make special arrangements for payment.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes (on deliveries to California) will be calculated automatically. Orders are typically processed within three business days. In the event your item is backordered, you will be notified immediately and given the estimated shipping date.

Our Wonderful Shipping Policy

To ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition, we carefully package all goods with bubble-wrap and then they're placed in a hard cardboard shipping box. We're actually quite particular about our packing method and we take great pride in our excellent 99.99% safe delivery record.

We have a flat rate shipping method. Unlike other businesses, we do not profit from shipping whatsoever. In fact we will usually end up charging you less than our actual cost for shipping out your order.

We are proud to support and use USPS Priority Mail service. Insurance is available for high ticket items, for which we will charge you the actual fees.

"Giving back to the community of which we are a part" is a one of our closely held core values. Our business has adapted the practise of donating a percentage of our net profits back to the community and beyond. It takes on many forms such as: monetary contributions, donation of goods to community organizations and educational institutions, and actual participatory support by staff members to worthwhile causes.

Some of our favorite charities include: United Way (9/11 support), Special Olympics, American Red Cross (Katrina relief), Oprah's Angel Network, Children's Book Program, SPCA, and others. We encourage everyone, especially businesses, to do what they can to keep "paying it forward" so our society as a whole benefits.

On occasion, we will have certain goods listed as full contribution where 100% of net proceeds goes directly to the designated beneficiary.
